There is a small fitness centre for residents to use.
The nearest tube stations is Aldgate East. Take the Metropolitan Line towards Uxbridge Underground Station or Amersham Underground Station to Liverpool Street. From Liverpool Street take the Central Line and get off at Oxford Circus.
